1. ELIGIBILITY: eBay "Win your Dreams" Instant Win Game (the "Game") & Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes" and, collectively with the Game, the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are: physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia; 18 years of age or older and confirmed registered members of www.ebay.com (the "eBay Site") at time of entry. Members of the U.S. Military who reside at APO/FPO addresses outside of the U.S. and who are registered members of www.ebay.com are also eligible to enter. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and their respective household members, whether or not related, of eBay Inc. ("eBay" or "Sponsor") and eBay Inc.'s affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions ("eBay Entities"), Sponsor's advertising and promotion agencies, and Disney Destinations, LLC ("Disney"), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and Strobe Promotions, Inc. ("Administrator") are not eligible to enter or win. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law and the laws of the State of California govern this Promotion. Entrants agree that personal jurisdiction shall exclusively be the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara, California.

2. PROMOTION TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on April 14, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on October 31, 2008 (the "Promotion Period"). There will be Instant Win Prizes (as described below) awarded in the Game during the Promotion Period and one (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded each month during the Promotion Period in the Sweepstakes via random drawing (as described below).

3. HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: 1) To play the Game, go to www.ebay.com/winyourdreams or www.ebay.com/disney, click on the link to the Promotion site (the "Game Site") and register for the Promotion during the Promotion Period by entering your eBay User ID and password. Upon registering on the Game Site and thereby accepting the terms and conditions of the Promotion, you will be considered an "Entrant". Upon registering for the Promotion, you will be presented with the Game. Follow the instructions on the screen to play ("Game Play"). If you receive a winning game message, you are a potential winner of an Instant Win Prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility, Game Play and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. The number of winning moments will be seeded randomly throughout the Promotion Period. If you are not a winner, you will receive a message indicating that you are the recipient of a gift of Disney merchandise or a Disney download. Game Play must be completed by 11:59:59 PM PT on October 31, 2008 in order to be valid. Proof of Game Play and/or winning message that is generated/provided by an Entrant shall not be considered proof of playing and/or winning. Limit one (1) Game Play per person per eBay User ID throughout the Promotion Period. Game Plays received from the same person or eBay User ID after the first Game Play received from that person or eBay User ID will be void. UNCLAIMED INSTANT WIN PRIZES OR GIFTS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Game Plays made under multiple/same/different identities or through the use of any agent or other device or artifice to play multiple times will be deemed invalid. Incomplete Game Plays or Game Plays not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. See Rule 4 below on how to redeem a gift. Releasees (as defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, garbled, delayed, damaged, or misdirected registrations, Game Plays, purchases or Sweepstakes Alternate Entries into the Sweepstakes. Use of the eBay Site and the Game Site, and Sponsor's use of information submitted by Entrant in connection with the Promotion, will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as to the eBay User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on the eBay Site. You will not be eligible for the Promotion if your accounts on the eBay Site are not in good standing. In order for your accounts to be deemed in good standing as that term is used herein, you must not have a hold on your account and your account must not be suspended or past due as of April 14, 2008. If an Entrant changes his/her telephone number, email address and/or street address after he/she participates in the Promotion, it is his/her sole responsibility to notify the Administrator by (postal) mailing notice to the Administrator's address (listed below in Rule #12) to be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

4. HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT: To redeem a gift, go to the Redemption Page and follow the directions provided to claim the available gift of your choice. The Redemption Page will include a "Dream Tracker" that will display the number of gifts that you have earned and will provide you with a list of gifts available for you to redeem. Gift items include Disney downloads and Disney merchandise. There may be a limited supply of certain gifts available for redemption during the Promotion Period and all gifts are available while supplies last. Check your Redemption Page for details. Gifts must be redeemed by 11:59:59 PM PT on November 14, 2008 or gift will be forfeited. Unclaimed gifts will not be awarded.

5. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry in a monthly random drawing when you register for the Promotion by entering your eBay User ID and password during that month as stated in the Entry Chart below. Thereafter you will automatically receive one (1) entry in the remaining monthly random drawings throughout the Promotion Period. You may only register once for the Promotion. There are two (2) ways to obtain additional entries into the Sweepstakes after registering: 1) PURCHASE: You will automatically receive one (1) additional entry in a monthly drawing each time you buy an item on the eBay Site during that month as stated in the Entry Chart below. 2) ALTERNATE ENTRY: To obtain one (1) additional entry for a monthly drawing without purchasing an item on the eBay Site, CLICK HERE and follow the directions to provide and submit your eBay User ID during that month as stated in the Entry Chart below. Limit of a total of two (2) entries per person per eBay User ID per day via these methods combined and limit a total of thirty (30) entries per person per eBay User ID per month via these methods combined. If more than thirty (30) entries are received from the same person or eBay User ID in the same month, those subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries must be received by dates and times stated in the Entry Chart below in order to be eligible for the relevant monthly Sweepstakes drawing. In addition, each time you receive an entry into the Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry, you will also receive a gift. Limit a total of thirty (30) gifts per person per eBay User ID per month.

6. DETERMINATION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: Seven (7) potential Grand Prize Winners (one (1) per month) will be selected in the Sweepstakes via random drawings during the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received during the relevant monthly drawing based on the Entry Chart below. Potential Grand Prize Winners will be notified by electronic mail and/or phone and/or overnight mail on or about the dates stated in the Entry Chart below.

Entry Chart

All random drawings will be conducted by Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received per month as per the Entry Chart above. Non-winning monthly drawing entries (based on the Entry Chart above) will not roll-over into subsequent monthly drawings. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person and per household for the entire Promotion Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Potential winners of Instant Win Prizes in the Game will receive immediate notification online, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Grand Prize Winners of the Sweepstakes will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and, where legal, publicity release as well as a travel release, and a federal and state tax release and any other applicable documents provided by Sponsor, Administrator and/or Disney and return these documents, properly executed, within seven (7) days of date of issuance of notification. Each Grand Prize Winner's guest (and, if guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will also be required to sign a liability release and, where legal, a publicity release, and a travel release prior to issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance within this time frame, Sponsor's inability to contact a potential Grand Prize Winner within a reasonable time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in disqualification, and, at Sponsor's sole discretion the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner for the drawing at issue. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the Entrant, entries and Game Plays will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the eBay User ID submitted at time of entry or Game Play. For these purposes, an authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an eBay User ID by eBay, Inc. and such person must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the eBay User ID associated with the winning entry or Game Play.

8. PRIZES: Monthly Sweepstakes Prizes: (7) Grand Prizes (1 per month): Grand Prizes will be awarded based on drawing dates specified in the Entry Chart above. See below for monthly Grand Prize descriptions. Each Grand Prize Winner must supply Administrator with his/her social security number for tax purposes and each Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 from the Administrator for the actual value of the prize for the calendar year in which the prize is won. Actual value may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel, as applicable. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being provided, including, without limitation, additional meals, gratuities and souvenirs, are solely the responsibility of each of the Grand Prize Winners. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be provided for a prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Vacations and vacation components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth herein, or refunded. Tickets awarded as part of a prize are subject to terms and conditions stated on tickets. Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blockout dates may apply. Vacations are not redeemable for cash. Terms and conditions related to Disney Gift Cards, certificates and passes apply as specified by Disney. Grand Prize Winners and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize.

Month 1: April Grand Prize: Disneyland® Resort Walk in Walt's Footsteps Vacation: A five (5) day/four (4) night vacation package for four (4) persons (Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests) to Disneyland® Resort from November 13, 2008 to November 16, 2008 consisting of: round-trip coach class air transportation for four (4) persons between a major gateway airport in the United States closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence and an airport in Southern California selected by Disney in its sole discretion, except that if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 250 mile radius of the Disneyland® Resort, air transportation will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value; four (4) round-trip ground transfers between the arrival airport in Southern California and Disneyland® Resort, except that if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 250 mile radius of the Disneyland® Resort, ground transportation will not be awarded; room accommodations for four (4) nights consisting of one (1) standard room with a maximum of four (4) persons per room for three (3) nights at a hotel at the Disneyland( Resort (or similar hotel) selected by Disney in its sole discretion which must be used on November 13, 2008, November 14, 2008 and November 16, 2008 (subject to availability) and one (1) night accommodations in the Disneyland Dream Suite on the evening of November 15, 2008; dinner for four (4) at the Blue Bayou restaurant (or similar restaurant); four (4) five (5)-Day Park Hopper® Passes; and one (1) Disney Gift Card with a face value of five hundred dollars ($500) USD.

If Grand Prize Winner does not travel from November 13, 2008 to November 16, 2008, Sponsor will substitute room accommodations described above with room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room with a maximum of four (4) persons per room for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Disneyland( Resort (or similar hotel) selected by Disney in its sole discretion, which must be used before September 30, 2009 (subject to availability), or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner.

Month 2: May Grand Prize: Disneyland( Resort Ultimate Play Date Vacation: A five (5) day / four (4) night vacation package for four (4) persons (Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests) to Disneyland® Resort consisting of: round-trip coach class air transportation for four (4) persons between the major gateway airport in the United States closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence and an airport in Southern California selected by Disney in its sole discretion, except that if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 250-mile radius of the Disneyland® Resort, air transportation will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value; four (4) round-trip ground transfers between the arrival airport in Southern California and Disneyland® Resort, except that if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 250 mile radius of the Disneyland® Resort, ground transportation will not be awarded; room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room with a maximum of four (4) persons per room for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Disneyland( Resort (or similar hotel) selected by Disney in its sole discretion (subject to availability); four (4) Five (5)-Day Park Hopper® Passes; a VIP guide for one (1) day (up to eight (8) hours); a private character meet and greet with Buzz Lightyear and Woody from the Disney-Pixar "Toy Story" films; one (1) Disney Gift Card with a face value of five hundred dollars ($500) USD; and a five hundred dollar ($500) USD shopping experience at the World of Disney® Store (awarded as a gift certificate). Vacation must be taken by prior to September 30, 2009 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner.

ARV: $6,896 USD.

Month 3: June Grand Prize: Disney Cruise Line Land & Sea Vacation: A seven (7) Night Land & Sea vacation package for four (4) persons (Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests) consisting of: round-trip coach class air transportation for four (4) persons between the gateway airport in the United States closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence and Orlando International Airport, except that if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 200-mile radius of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air transportation will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value; ground transportation for four (4) persons from/to Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney World® Resort and Port Canaveral via Disney Cruise Line® transportation, except that if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 200 mile radius of the Walt Disney World® Resort, ground transportation will not be awarded; hotel accommodations (one (1) room with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort (or similar hotel) selected by Disney in its sole discretion; four (4) Five (5)-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option; private meet and greet experience for four (4) persons with Captain Jack Sparrow at the Magic Kingdom® Park; one (1) Disney Gift Card with a face value of five hundred dollars ($500) USD; two hundred dollars ($200) USD shopping experience at the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction gift shop in the Magic Kingdom® Park (awarded in the form of a gift certificate); and a three (3) night cruise aboard the Disney Wonder cruise ship to Nassau and Castaway Cay in The Bahamas which includes (a) one (1) deluxe oceanview stateroom (Category 9) with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons; (b) select meals onboard the cruise ship; (c) group photo in front of the Flying Dutchman at Castaway Cay; (d) four (4) pirate costumes and accessories (not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200) USD); (e) government taxes and fees (as defined in the Disney Cruise Line brochure); and (f) onboard gratuities for stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server.

Vacation must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to intended travel dates and must be taken prior to June 18, 2009 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Grand Prize Winner and guest(s) are responsible for providing proper documentation prior to travel. Government regulation may require all persons to carry a valid passport for each member of their traveling party. U.S. citizens may visit the State Department's travel web site at www.travel.state.gov or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at (877) 4USA-PPT for more information. Persons of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports. If passports are required passport numbers must be provided to Disney seventy-five (75) days before date of departure.

Month 4: July Grand Prize: "I'm Going to Walt Disney World®" Package: A five (5) day / four (4) night vacation package for four (4) persons (Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests) to Walt Disney World® Resort in March 2009 (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability) consisting of: round-trip coach class air transportation for four (4) persons between the major gateway airport in the United States closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence and Orlando International Airport, except that if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 250-mile radius of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air transportation will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value; four (4) round-trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort, except that if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 250 mile radius of the Walt Disney World® Resort, ground transportation will not be awarded; room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort (subject to availability); admission for four (4) to an Atlanta Braves Spring Training game at Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex with a VIP experience (if Grand Prize Winner does not redeem vacation package during dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit this portion of the prize and no additional compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded); private Meet and Greet for four (4) with a selected celebrity guest or ESPN talent at the ESPN The Weekend event scheduled for February 27,2009 - March 1, 2009 (if Grand Prize Winner does not redeem vacation package on dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit this portion of the vacation package and no additional compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded); four (4) Five (5)-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option and Water Park Fun & More Option; surfing lessons at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park (subject to availability) for up to four (4) people who are at least eight (8) years old and strong swimmers; one round of golf for four (4) persons at a select Walt Disney World® Golf Course (subject to availability); Richard Petty Driving Experience (subject to availability) for up to four (4) people who are at least eighteen (18) years old, have valid drivers licenses and are able to drive a 4-speed manual transmission; and one (1) Disney Gift Card with a face value of five hundred dollars ($500) USD. Vacation must be taken prior to September 30, 2009 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Meet and greet is subject to availability and Sponsor does not guarantee the opportunity to meet the selected celebrity guest.

ARV: $6,350 USD.

Month 5: August Grand Prize: Disney Vacation Club Getaways "SamplEar": One (1) non-transferable vacation contract (the "Contract") with Disney Vacation Club that entitles the recipient to the use and enjoyment of 225 Vacation Points per year (the "Vacation Point Allotment") for two (2) years and three hundred sixty four (364) days in Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, a leasehold condominium. The Contract and the right to the use and enjoyment of the Vacation Point Allotment terminate two (2) years and 364 days after the date of the Contract (the "Contract Term"). The Vacation Point Allotment may be used by the Grand Prize Winner, in accordance with the terms and restrictions of the Contract and the Restrictions (as hereinafter defined), to reserve, during the Contract Term, vacation accommodations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts or vacation accommodations available through the Disney Vacation Club Member Getaways program. The length of stay for any specific accommodations using the Vacation Point Allotment is based upon the resort, the type of accommodations reserved and the season. For example, the Grand Prize Winner can use the first year's Vacation Point Allotment of 225 Vacation Points for a seven (7) night stay in a one-bedroom vacation villa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa during the Dream Season, and the second year's Vacation Point Allotment of 225 Vacation Points for a five (5) night stay in a two-bedroom vacation villa at Disney's Vero Beach Resort during the Premier Season, and the third year's Vacation Point Allotment of 225 Vacation Points for a seven (7) night stay in a one-bedroom vacation villa at Disney's BoardWalk Villas during the Magic season. The number of Vacation Points required for any specific accommodations are subject to change. The Grand Prize Winner will receive Vacation Point Allotments on or about October 10, 2008 ("Award Date"), the first anniversary of the Award Date of the Contract and the second anniversary of the Award Date of the Contract. The first two Vacation Point Allotments can be used for accommodations occurring within twelve (12) months after the Grand Prize Winner receives the Vacation Point Allotment and the last Vacation Point Allotment can be used for accommodations occurring within three hundred sixty four (364) days after the Grand Prize Winner receives the last Vacation Point Allotment. Any portion of a Vacation Point Allotment not used within the applicable time shall automatically expire and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is located at the Walt Disney World® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. All accommodations are subject to availability and reservation policies. Other restrictions apply.

The Disney Vacation Club Resorts (including Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa) are leasehold condominium time-share resorts developed by Disney Vacation Development, Inc. (the "Developer") and managed and operated by Disney Vacation Club Management Corp., wholly-owned, indirect subsidiaries of The Walt Disney Company. Vacation Points are symbolic units of measurement used to represent a timeshare owner's real estate interest in a Disney Vacation Club Resort and have no inherent value separate and apart from the real estate interest the Vacation Points represent. The Vacation Point Allotments granted to the Grand Prize Winner derive from and are representative of real estate interests in Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa retained by the Developer. The Grand Prize Winner will not receive any real estate interest in any Disney Vacation Club Resort and will not become a member of Disney Vacation Club.

The ARV of the Disney Vacation Club Getaways "SamplEar" is $16,215.00, which includes: (i) the estimated retail value of the accommodations that can be reserved and used by the Grand Prize Winner of $10,446.00; (ii) the estimated retail value of exchange fees of $94.00, and (ii) a cash prize equal to $5,675.00 (awarded in the form of a check), which Grand Prize Winner may use to help defray payment of any taxes payable as a result of winning the Disney Vacation Club Getaways "SamplEar". All values are in U.S. dollars. All benefits and payments are personal to the Grand Prize Winner and are neither assignable nor transferable.

Releasees make no guarantees or representations that the cash portion of the Disney Vacation Club Getaways "SamplEar" will be sufficient to pay the Grand Prize Winner's tax liability and the Grand Prize Winner is responsible for paying all taxes. The award of the Disney Vacation Club Getaways "SamplEar" is subject to applicable withholding requirements.

Certain restrictions apply. Use of the Vacation Point Allotments is subject to the following rules and restrictions, as amended from time to time (collectively, the "Restrictions") (i) the Master Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, the Declaration of Condominium and the Master Co-tenancy Agreement for Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, each recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; (ii) all other easements, restrictions and matters of record; and, (iii) the Disney Vacation Club Membership Agreement and the Disney Vacation Club Resort Agreement for Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. The Grand Prize Winner acknowledges that his/her right to the use and enjoyment is subject to the Restrictions. In addition, the Grand Prize Winner's right to and use of the Vacation Point Allotments are more limited than the rights of an owner of a timeshare interest in a Disney Vacation Club Resort - among other things, the winner does not receive the following: a Disney Vacation Club member ID Card; member discounts on select merchandise, dining, tickets, etc; or the ability to purchase a real estate interest in a Disney Vacation Club Resort at the member-discounted rate. The Grand Prize Winner must sign all necessary documents and receive any applicable disclosures to effectuate the execution of the Contract.

THE PURPOSE OF DISNEY VACATION CLUB GETAWAYS "SAMPLEAR" PRIZE IN THIS PROMOTION IS TO SOLICIT THE SALE OF TIMESHARE INTERESTS BY DISNEY VACATION DEVELOPMENT, INC. ANY PERSON WHOSE NAME OR ADDRESS IS OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF THIS PROMOTION, AND SUCH PERSON OPTS IN, MAY BE SOLICITED TO PURCHASE A TIMESHARE INTEREST.

ARV: $16,215 USD.

Month 6: September Grand Prize: Adventures By Disney Package: A land package to the Grand Prize Winner's choice of one (1) of the three (3) destinations set forth below and round-trip air transportation (excluding other items as more fully discussed below) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests. Travel Restrictions

Actual value of all Grand Prizes depend on the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value if any, will not be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and guests must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor or Grand Prize, or that portion of the Grand Prize occurring on the specified dates will be forfeited, and no additional compensation will be provided. If a guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, who will be deemed to be one of the three (3) guests of the Grand Prize Winner. Travel arrangements will be made through the travel coordinator or agent designated by Sponsor, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Trip is subject to air/hotel availability, holiday and certain blackout dates, and other conditions and restrictions. Airline and flight times to be selected by air supplier at its sole discretion. One or more stopovers may be required on air transportation. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests must travel together at the same time on the same itinerary. Air transportation, if applicable, and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. Once trip dates have been booked, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. No extension or change of trip dates permitted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or similar items once they are in Grand Prize Winner's possession, or in the possession of Grand Prize Winner's guest.
