Official Rules 1. Offer Description. Eligible Participants (defined in Rule 3 below) of the eBay Daily Deal Coupon Offer (the "Offer") will receive a $1 eBay Coupon (the "Coupon") good toward a purchase made on eBay.com in accordance with the Coupon's applicable Terms and Conditions when they register to receive the eBay Daily Deal email alerts during the Offer Period as described below. There is a limit of 100,000 coupons available for distribution. Offer expires when the first 100,000 Eligible Participants register to receive the Daily Deal email alerts. Coupons will be issued in the "My eBay" section of an eBay User's Account within 7-10 days of registration. Certain restrictions may apply. 2. How to Receive the $1 Off Coupon. The Offer Period is from the time eBay sends the first notice of an Offer until 100,000 Eligible Participants register to receive the Daily Deal email alerts, regardless of when that may occur. Eligible participants will be issued the Coupon in the "My eBay" section of their eBay User Account if, and only if, they do the following during the Offer Period: (i) Qualify to receive the Coupon based on the eligibility requirements stated in Section 3 below; (ii) Go to http://pages.ebay.com/deals/ and click "Sign up for Daily Deal Email Alerts!" or click on the link that appears in the Daily Deal Coupon Offer email sent to you by eBay; (iii) Be one of the first 100,000 eBay Users to sign up for the eBay Daily Deal email; there is a limit of 100,000 Coupons available for distribution. (iv) Go to eBay.com and log on to your "My eBay". Scroll down to your Coupons bar. The Coupons bar will only appear when you have Coupons available. 
While supplies last, limit one (1) Coupon per eBay User ID during the Offer Period. Only invited, registered eBay users who see the Coupon in My eBay are eligible. Sorry, no forwarding - the Coupon is not transferable The Coupon will be deposited into the Eligible Participant's eBay User Account (associated with his or her eBay User ID), in their "My eBay" section, within approximately 7-10 days after registration, subject to satisfaction of these Official Rules (and other applicable rules) and any delays due to technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances. You are an Eligible Participant if you are an invited registered member of eBay.com and meet all of the following requirements: (i) you are a United States resident who is 18 years of age or older; and and (ii) you are one of the first 100,000 eBay Users to sign up for the eBay Daily Deal email alert. The Offer is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited, taxed or restricted. 4. Coupon Redemption Redemption of Coupon is subject to the eBay Coupon Terms and Conditions . 5. Limitation of Liability. EBAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER OR FROM THE USE OF THE COUPON. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. PARTICIPANTS OF THIS OFFER AND RECIPIENTS OF THE COUPON AGREE THAT EBAY HAS NOT MADE NOR ARE THEY IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE OFFER/COUPON. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, EBAY DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE EBAY SITE AND EBAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. eBay is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Offer or Coupon related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected items; or for transactions and/or emails that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error; or for fraud, electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with the Offer/Coupon; or for information which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the Offer or access the Coupon. Materials used for participating in the Offer that have been tampered with or altered are void. If in eBay's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Offer/Coupon, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Offer/Coupon, eBay reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual connected therewith, to modify or suspend the Offer/Coupon, or to terminate the Offer/Coupon. In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of this Offer/Coupon, the decision of eBay shall be final. eBay reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke any Offer/Coupon at any time due to reasonable business consideration or circumstances beyond its control. Any attempt by an Offer or participant or a Coupon recipient or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Offer/Coupon is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, eBay reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. eBay's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with the Offer/Coupon via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated devices or programs to redeem the Offer/Coupon is prohibited. eBay reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere or tamper with the Offer/Coupon in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, eBay reserves the right to terminate that participant's eligibility to participate in the Offer/Coupon. 6. Governing Law. These Official Rules will be interpreted, construed and enforced, and governed in all aspects in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction and laws of the state of California. 7.
