As of February 7, 2011, the rates and associated discounts for the UPS Savings Program for eBay PowerSellers are based on UPS Standard List Rates. Previously, the rates and savings for the program were based on UPS Daily Rates. The program enhancements now offer eligible eBay PowerSellers savings off UPS Standard List Rates of up to 32% for Air shipments while maintaining up to 25% for International shipments and up to 23% for Ground shipments.
