Contest is open to confirmed registered members of www.ebay.com or www.ebay.ca (the "eBay Site"), who have and maintain an eBay Store during the Contest Period and who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia or Canada, who have reached the age of majority applicable to residents of their state or province.
